If not, you need to start using it today. It’s an absolutely incredible plugin for firefox that has pretty much revolutionized the way I organize my life (and my gmail inbox).

It’s based on getting things done, a book that was written a while back by David Allen. There are several resources out there to learn about the GTD philosophy. The best of which I have found is at 43 Folders about getting started with GTD.
